Million Live has a cast of 52 characters for you to enjoy: 13 are from the original Idolm@ster series, while 39 are original to Million Live.
They're sorted into 4 "groups," each represented by a row of 13 in the lineup below: 765ALLSTARS led by Haruka, Princess Stars led by Mirai, Fairy Stars led by Shizuka, and Angel Stars led by Tsubasa.
When looking into a new character, most fans recommend that you listen to their songs, look at their art and read their "Memorial Commus" (of which every girl has 3-5) to start. With all three of these combined, you are guaranteed to figure out if you like a character pretty quickly!
It's also worth noting that the actresses are key to appreciating the characters, so it's highly recommended that you watch the live concerts for Million Live. You might discover an actress makes you more attached to a girl than you initially expected!
